Get started with Fo

Wait, the AI can make the phone call?

That’s the part worth knowing about Fo, the AI agent from Wajo. It can call businesses and send emails on your behalf. Wajo also says trained human assistants can help when a task needs them.

Start with one job: “Ask these plumbers for prices.” “Find out what this charge is.” “Get me a copy of that receipt.” Tell Fo what it may share and when it needs to come back to you. Then check the actual answer or confirmation. Wajo; Wajo introduction.

Get access and start your first task

  1. Open https://wajo.ai/ and select “Get started.” It takes you to https://login.wajo.ai/.
  2. The sign-in page offers “Continue with Google,” “Continue with Microsoft,” or email. For the email-code route, enter your email, leave the password blank and select “Continue.” If your account has access, Wajo sends a code; enter it and use “Verify code.” If you have an invite, the page also has “Have an invite code?” → “Enter it.” Read Wajo’s linked terms and privacy policy before continuing.
  3. Follow the access or onboarding instructions shown for your account. Wajo’s public pages still mention staged access, so signing up may not give you immediate admission.
  4. Once your Fo conversation is available, choose one task below. Replace every bracketed detail before sending it. For example, replace [area] with your town or neighborhood.
  5. Give Fo only the information needed for that job. If it needs another service, such as your calendar, use the connection instructions shown in Wajo and read what access you are granting. Signing in alone does not mean Fo can see your whole email or calendar.

The verified starting route is the Wajo website. Follow its current account instructions for any app or messaging option rather than downloading an unrelated app with a similar name. Wajo also documents ChatGPT and Claude connections; the direct Wajo route is the simplest place to check your access. Wajo support

Set a boundary first

Copy this before your first task:

For this task, tell me who you plan to contact and what information you need to share. Identify yourself as my AI assistant. Ask me before booking, cancelling, paying, changing an account or accepting terms. Use only the details needed for this job. If you need identity verification or a secure login, stop and tell me what I need to do.

Check your account’s controls as well as giving written instructions. Keep passwords, one-time codes, government IDs and full payment details out of ordinary chat.

The four jobs from the carousel

1. Get three plumber quotes

The useful result: comparable prices and availability, without repeating the same brief three times.

How: Describe the problem, general area, urgency and preferred times. Supply a photo if helpful, without unrelated private details. Ask Fo to put the same questions to each business, then compare the replies before approving a visit.

Copy this prompt

Find three suitable plumbers serving [area] for [problem]. My preferred times are [windows]. Verify each business’s official contact details and ask about availability, call-out fees, likely price range and what the quote includes. Get a written quote if possible. Give me the replies side by side and clearly label estimates. Don’t book a visit, pay a fee or agree to work until I choose and approve.

Watch for: A plumber may need an on-site inspection before giving a firm price. Three calls may not produce three replies. For an urgent leak or other immediate hazard, get appropriate help directly rather than waiting for AI coordination.

2. Ask a provider to explain a charge

The useful result: the provider’s explanation, any available correction and a clear next step.

How: Give the provider’s name, billing date, amount and the exact charge you want explained. Remove unrelated bill details. Ask Fo to check the official contact route and report what the company actually says.

Copy this prompt

Contact [provider] about the [amount] charge dated [date], described as [label]. Here are the relevant facts: [details]. Verify the official contact number. Ask what the charge is for, which policy or agreement it comes from, and whether a correction is available. Report the answer and any reference number privately to me. Don’t change my plan, make a payment, accept a settlement or cancel anything. If the provider needs me to verify my identity, stop and tell me.

Watch for: The company may require the account holder. A completed call does not mean a fee will be removed. This is a practical use of Fo’s calling abilities; individual providers may have restrictions.

3. Book or reschedule an appointment

The useful result: a confirmed time, with the price and cancellation rules recorded.

How: Name the business or type of service, your preferred times and budget. If you already have an appointment, include its details. Review the replacement time and any fee before approving the change.

Copy this prompt

Contact [business] to [book/reschedule] my [service] appointment. I’m available [dates and times, time zone]. Ask for the full price and cancellation or rescheduling terms. Bring me the available choices before making a commitment. Don’t cancel an existing appointment until I approve the replacement and the business confirms how the change will work. After I approve, return the final date, time, location and confirmation.

Watch for: Check the business’s actual confirmation before changing your plans. A request is not the same as a booking.

4. Request a missing receipt or invoice

The useful result: the original business-issued document in the right place.

How: Provide the business, purchase or service date and the minimum reference needed to find the transaction. Tell Fo which email address you approve for the document. Check the amount and service details when it arrives.

Copy this prompt

Ask [business] for a copy of the genuine [receipt/invoice] for [purchase or service] on [date], reference [reference if needed]. Use the business’s official contact details and share only the information needed to find it. Ask them to send it to [approved email address], or tell me if they can only use the address already on the account. Don’t make up or alter an invoice, approve a new charge or share unrelated account information. Return the document or the exact next step.

Watch for: The business may need your verification or may only resend to its registered address. Fo can ask; the business still has to supply the document.

Sources for these four: Wajo’s launch describes plumber outreach and appointment tasks at the Wajo introduction. General calls, email, information retrieval and coordination are documented at Wajo. Provider-charge and missing-document prompts apply those capabilities to common errands.

Five more jobs to try

5. Cancel a subscription that requires a call

The useful result: a clear cancellation process and, if you approve it, written confirmation.

How: Name the service and renewal date. Ask about cancellation fees and when access ends before authorizing the cancellation. Save the confirmation and check the next statement.

Copy this prompt

Find the official cancellation process for my [service] subscription. Ask about the renewal date, any fee, notice period and when access would end. Report those details before cancelling. If I approve, request cancellation and written confirmation, including the effective date and any final amount due. Don’t accept a different plan or retention offer without asking me.

Watch for: A cancellation request may not stop an already-processed renewal. The provider’s terms apply.

6. Find flight-change options

The useful result: a short list of workable alternatives with the cost of each change.

How: Supply your current itinerary and what needs to change. Keep passport and payment details out of the initial prompt. Have Fo check with the airline or the agency that controls the booking, then approve the exact new itinerary before anything changes.

Copy this prompt

Help me find alternatives for [current flight/date/route] because [reason]. I need to arrive by [time/date] and prefer [constraints]. Check which airline or booking agency can make the change. Compare available options, fare difference, change fees, baggage and cancellation conditions. Do not cancel, rebook or pay until I approve the exact flights and total.

Watch for: The original booking channel can determine who may change it. Seats and fares may move quickly.

7. Arrange a gift delivery

The useful result: an appropriate gift that can arrive on time, with the full cost checked before you order.

How: Give the occasion, budget, recipient’s preferences and delivery deadline. Start with a general delivery area; share the full address only when needed for a chosen merchant and approved delivery.

Copy this prompt

Find three gift options for [occasion/person’s interests] that can arrive in [area] by [date]. Budget is [amount and currency], including delivery and fees. Show the item, merchant, total, arrival estimate and return policy. Don’t purchase until I approve the item, cost, recipient details and gift message. After purchase, return the order confirmation and tracking if available.

Watch for: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Confirm the address and gift message yourself.

8. Coordinate a group meal

The useful result: one checked order proposal, instead of a long thread of individual requests.

How: Supply the headcount, delivery time, budget and agreed dietary requirements. If you want Fo to contact people, name those people and approve the channel. Review the final order, address and total before payment.

Copy this prompt

Help coordinate lunch for [number of people] on [date/time] in [area]. Budget is [amount] total, including delivery, fees and tip. Here are the choices or requirements already collected: [list]. Find suitable options and make one proposed order with quantities and full cost. Tell me what is still missing. Don’t contact extra people, place an order or pay until I approve the final plan.

Watch for: Confirm allergies and cross-contact questions directly with the restaurant. Group-chat features and connected channels depend on your access.

9. Check car stock and request comparable quotes

The useful result: current availability and itemized quotes for the same vehicle specification.

How: Define the exact model, trim, year and essential options. Ask Fo to use each dealership’s official contact information. Compare written totals and exclusions before deciding who to visit.

Copy this prompt

Contact up to three dealerships in [area] about [exact vehicle/year/trim/options]. Verify whether the vehicle is physically available and request an itemized out-the-door quote with taxes and mandatory fees clearly stated or marked as estimates. Ask about required add-ons and how long the quote is valid. No deposit, credit application, financing request, reservation or purchase. Return the replies and mark any missing information.

Watch for: This applies Fo’s calls and research to car shopping. Dealers may decline, stock may change and a lower price is not guaranteed. Verify the written quote with the dealer before travelling or committing.

Source mapping for the five extras: phone-only cancellation, flight-change examples and group ordering are shown at Wajo. Gift delivery and travel research are described at the Wajo introduction. The dealership prompt is an original application of the general calling and research features.

Is Fo really free?

Here is what Wajo’s pricing page lists as of September 29, 2026:

  • Fo Mini: free, with 1,000 tasks per day and a daily reset
  • OG Fo: free, invite-only, with unlimited tasks, unlimited call time and group chats
  • Pro: contact Wajo for pricing

The Mini card does not explain a separate calling allowance. “1,000 tasks” should not be read as “1,000 calls.” OG’s unlimited call time is a separate plan benefit. Check the features actually available in your account; access and pricing can change. Wajo pricing

Free agent access does not make a plumber, gift, meal or flight free. Wajo’s terms allow extra service fees for arranging purchases, disclosed before completion, and merchants’ own charges and conditions still apply. Wajo requires users to be at least 18. Wajo terms

A few things worth knowing

Fo emails from its own address. A business may still require the account holder to act. Wajo offers trained human help, but this does not guarantee an immediate human response or a successful result. Wajo

Read Wajo’s terms for AI calling and recording-consent requirements before using calls. Check important facts and confirmations yourself. These prompts are starting instructions based on documented features; they are not personal test results or guarantees that every business will cooperate. Wajo terms

For problems, Wajo’s support page directs users to support@wajo.ai. Never send passwords or verification codes to support. Wajo support

Start with one low-stakes request, such as asking a business for availability. Give Fo a clear question and ask it to bring the answer back before taking the next step.
