Less figuring it out alone

Put AI to work on
the work that repeats.

The follow-ups. The content plan. The information scattered across folders. The daily question of what needs your attention first.

Those are the places we’ll start. We’ll choose useful problems, build a process around them, and check whether it actually makes your work better.

You’ll watch me demonstrate, build alongside me, and improve your workflow between sessions. The aim is useful work you can run again with confidence.

What you’re building toward

A more capable business.
More room in your day.

01

Clearer decisions

A daily operating view that turns business information into priorities and next actions.

02

Less repeat work

Reusable context and communication workflows that help you draft, review, and move forward.

03

Marketing you can repeat

A process for creating on-brand assets and content without reinventing every step.

The eight-week plan

One useful build.
Every week.

Six foundation weeks, followed by two weeks focused on implementation and results. The final examples will reflect the group’s business goals.

01Week 1

Start with your business goals

Find the work worth changing. Map your recurring tasks, choose your highest-value workflow, and define what a useful result looks like.

Take with you: Your business AI plan and a starting baseline.

02Week 2

Give AI your business context

Organize your business background, offers, customers, tone, and working rules so your assistant has the context it needs.

Take with you: A reusable business context pack and organized workspace.

03Week 3

Build your daily operating view

Bring your priorities, key numbers, and next actions into one useful daily or weekly review, with sources you can check.

Take with you: An owner briefing that helps you decide what needs attention.

04Week 4

Make client communications easier

Build a repeatable drafting and review process for the messages you write again and again. Set clear rules for what needs your approval.

Take with you: A response library and a tested client communication workflow.

05Week 5

Create marketing images and video

Turn a real offer into a creative brief, image concepts, and a short video storyboard or first clip. Learn how to review for brand fit and accuracy.

Take with you: A small campaign asset set and reusable creative brief.

06Week 6

Build a repeatable content workflow

Move from an audience question to a brief, draft, asset, review, and scheduling handoff without starting from scratch every time.

Take with you: A two-week content plan and one complete post or carousel draft.

07Week 7

Finish the workflow that matters most

Use a guided implementation clinic to close the biggest gaps. We will shape the shared examples around the needs of the group.

Take with you: One end-to-end workflow ready for real-world testing.

08Week 8

Measure the difference. Keep building.

Compare your workflow with where you started, including review and maintenance time. Document what works and decide what to improve next.

Take with you: A before-and-after scorecard, operating guide, and 30-day plan.

Zoe Zappitell, business owner and technology leader
Your instructor, in the work with you

I’m Zoe.
I build this way, too.

I’ve led hundreds of people and built technology at a unicorn tech company. I also run a services business generating millions in revenue, where the work is real, the team needs direction, and customers need answers.

I use AI across my businesses, and 150,000 followers watch me build, test, and scale in real time. I share the useful parts, the experiments, and what still needs work.

Now I want to get hands-on with a small group of business owners. To help you connect the tools to your actual business, build alongside you, and leave you with processes you understand.

Who this is for

For owners ready
to put it into practice.

You own or operate a small business. You have recurring work you want to improve, and you can make decisions about the tools and processes you use.

You don’t need to be technical. Bring a willingness to try, ask questions, and spend 60–90 minutes between sessions applying what you learn.

We’ll start with manageable workflows and build from there. You remain the person checking the output and making the decisions.

A few practical details

Before we begin.

When does it start?

The bootcamp starts in the first week of January 2027 and runs for eight weeks. Exact session dates, times, and time zone will be announced.

How much time should I set aside?

Plan for one live, one-hour workshop each week, four 30-minute group office hours across the program, and 60–90 minutes of implementation between sessions. There is also a 10-minute individual intro before Week 1.

What will I need?

A computer, access to your own business information, and the ability to use the selected AI tools. Software subscriptions and usage fees are separate. The teaching tools and setup requirements will be shared before we begin.

Will this be tailored to my business?

You’ll apply each week’s shared framework to your own business. Your intro call and the group’s questions will help shape the examples and final implementation weeks. This is a guided group program, with group support rather than unlimited private consulting.

What results can I expect?

We’ll work toward useful, repeatable workflows and compare your primary workflow with its starting baseline. Results depend on your business, tools, and implementation. We’ll measure time and quality rather than promise a fixed saving or revenue increase.
