Proof you can
have both.
Tech exec by day. Girl mom of two always. I’m not a guru and I’m not here to hype AI. I just keep finding that these tools solve things faster, and I’d rather spend that time with the people I love, and outside. So I share what actually works.
The short version
I believe in standing in other people’s shoes, and in always learning. We can do more than we believe we can. And I believe you have to find your why, because your why defines everything. Once you know it, you can build a whole life around it.
Mine looks like this: I’ve spent my career leading technology at scale, building products, leading hundreds of people, and watching every wave of “the future” arrive early from the inside. I’m also a mother of two girls, a 5am person, a gardener, and someone who believes family dinner is a system worth defending as fiercely as any product launch.
Right now I’m in the middle of the biggest build of my life: businesses of my own, new experiments every week, and big plans on the horizon that I can’t wait to share. I’m not teaching from the finish line. I’m sharing the middle, honestly, while it happens.
What I make here is simple: free, practical guides that translate AI and modern tools into more time, more energy and more possibility, for women who have full lives and zero patience for hype.
Ten principles I keep coming back to.
Find your why.
Your why defines everything. Find it first, then build the life around it.
Technology is an enabler.
AI can give you time and leverage. It can’t tell you what they’re for. That part is yours.
Human first, always.
The more the tools can do, the more the human parts matter.
Stand in their shoes.
Empathy is how I lead, parent and build. Start from where the other person stands.
Always be learning.
Growth mindset over expert badge. Curiosity beats mastery.
We can do more than we believe.
Most limits are stories we inherited. Test yours before you trust them.
You can do both.
Ambitious and present. Builder and mother. Both, on purpose.
Prioritize like it matters.
You can do anything, but not everything at once. Choose what this season is for.
Structure creates freedom.
The routine isn’t the cage. It’s what makes space for the life.
A designed life still gets messy.
Perfect isn’t the goal. Intentional is.
Come along
