I cannot believe I am typing this, but it is real: I am officially launching apiece, a personalized supplement company. We make custom supplements based on your goals and your test results, things like Function Health, and then we make your formula and ship it to your door.

And because you read this site, I want you in first: early access is open at apiecehealth.com, and the code EARLY20 takes 20% off.

It started with acne

This company exists because I got acne for the first time as an adult. After a ton of tests, I was sitting with a folder of results and one question nobody had a good answer for: now what?

That question is how I discovered personalized supplements. And when I finally matched what I was taking against what my body actually needed, the result was humbling. I was taking too little of some things, too much of others, and a whole shelf of things I did not need at all. Basically, wasting money every single month and calling it wellness.

When I got my first real formula, I purged dozens of supplement bottles from my cabinet. Dozens. That picture is the whole company.

What apiece actually is

I thought everyone should know what I had just learned, and that meant building something, so I worked with doctors to build an AI-powered approach to personalizing your supplement formula. You bring your goals and any test results you have. apiece turns that into one formula that fits your actual body, then we make it and ship it to your door.

One formula. Not a cabinet of guesses, not twelve bottles with overlapping ingredients, not whatever a podcast scared you into last month. The thing your results actually point to.

Why I care that this is accessible

Here is the part that makes this meaningful to me and not just exciting. The information was always out there. The doctors who can read your labs and tell you what your body needs exist. But that level of personalization has mostly lived behind expensive consults and specialist waitlists, which means the people quietly wasting the most money on the wrong supplements are the people least likely to find out.

I think "now what?" deserves an answer that normal people can reach. That is what we built apiece to be: the personalized answer, at a price and a process that does not require you to already be an insider.

The AI part, and why this site and that company are the same story

If you have heard from me for a while, you know this site was never about just sharing prompts. It was about what becomes possible when you take AI seriously, and point it at something you genuinely care about.

apiece is my proof. The AI did not replace the doctors, it made their thinking reachable: it is what lets a real, personalized protocol get built for every single person instead of only the people who can book the specialist. Passion first, value first, AI doing the scaling. That is the whole playbook I have been writing about here, applied to the thing that changed my own health.

This is truly changing my life, and I believe it is going to change other people's. And I am just so proud of the quality of what everyone I have collaborated with has put together. The doctors, the formulation work, the care in it. It does not feel like a side project. It feels like the most useful thing I have ever helped make.

Early access means exactly that: you are in before the wider launch, the code EARLY20 gives you 20% off, and I genuinely want to hear what you think once your formula shows up. Please tell me. I read everything.

I started with a folder of test results and no answer. Now the answer ships in a box.

And if you are sitting on your own version of this, the idea you keep circling, the thing you would build if you had the time, start the way every build on this site starts: turn the messy idea into a clear plan. This company was a messy idea just a couple of months ago.
